Assisting communities in preparing comprehensive land use plans.  This can constitute analyzing historical, current and projected supply and demand factors.  Key components can comprise: conducting an inventory of the existing land uses (office, retail, residential, hotel, institutional and vacant land); identifying market drivers; delineating trade areas; conducting demographic surveys; stakeholder outreach including facilitating community meetings; assessing target markets; defining primary user groups; describing development opportunities; providing comparisons with industry benchmarks (case studies / precedent examples); and, assessing development impact fees.  Other representative clients include:
