Evaluating current and future user occupancy requirements to help establish and prioritize site selection criteria.  Key factors can include: location (proximity to existing space, customer base, adjacent land uses and area amenities); site characteristics (size, shape, access, ingress / egress, current use, zoning, topography, etc.);  acquisition cost; development costs; timeframe to occupancy; building footprint; parking; amd complexity / risk.  Sites are identified and ranked based on initial criteria, market feasibility and financing prospects.  Other representative clients include:
